Grading

These grading lines pick up the plugs out of the trays and put them into transport cups. Each plant is graded using machine vision. The graded plants are replaced into trays by a robot. They can be transplanted and/or be put into a different sized tray.

Grading by height, thickness, colour, number of ripe flowers or even the determination of the flowering phase of the plant.
