By the Plug popper Flier Systems disposes of a machine, which removes bad germinated plants out of trays. With a capacity up to 600 trays per hour and a quick converting time at a tray change this is a very efficient machine. The simple operation and adjusting facility by the touch screen increase the ease for the user.
Also the innovation concerning the vision techniques and control is important. In the Linux control system all relevant information about the trays is saved and sent to the mail account of the concerning person. In this way you have all information available on the computer, in an Excel file.
The Plug popper can be combined very well with our Tray Fixer. With this combination the emptied cells can be refilled with good plants out of other trays at the same time.
